Harokopio University of Athens (HUA), located in Kallithea near central Athens, Greece, officially established as a university in 1990, is one of Greece's newer and smaller state research institutions. HUA offers interdisciplinary research and teaching in environment, geography & applied economics, health science & education, and digital technology. HUA actively engages in research in sustainability, ecology, nutrition, and informatics.
